Kapascope LLC is based in Bellevue, Washington. We process and ship orders as quickly as possible while using secure packaging, fraud prevention procedures, carrier tracking, and shipment documentation to protect customers and collectible products.
Shipment Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day after payment verification. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, during high-volume periods, or requiring additional fraud review may take longer to process.
If there is a significant delay in processing your order, Kapascope may contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
Shipping Carrier
Kapascope usually ships through FedEx. Standard shipping is typically FedEx Ground. Expedited shipping options may be available during checkout.
Shipping rates and available shipping methods are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Origin
Orders ship from the Bellevue, Washington area.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is emailed automatically to the email address associated with your order once the shipment is created, processed, or accepted by FedEx.
Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to show active movement after the carrier receives the package.
Free Shipping
Kapascope may offer free shipping on qualifying orders above the amount displayed on our website. If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will appear at checkout.
Adult Signature Requirement
Orders may require an adult signature upon delivery, especially for high-value sports cards, sealed wax, graded cards, autographs, memorabilia cards, and collectible products.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that an eligible adult is available to receive and sign for the package. Once the carrier confirms delivery, the shipment is considered delivered.
Shipment Documentation and Tamper-Evident Packaging
Kapascope may photograph or video record products, packaging, shipping labels, seals, tamper-evident materials, and the final package condition before shipment.
Tamper-evident packaging may be used. If tamper-evident packaging, seals, labels, or other security evidence is broken, removed, altered, or damaged after delivery, Kapascope may be unable to verify the chain of custody of the shipment.
Shipping Insurance
Shipments include standard carrier insurance where available. Customers who want additional insurance coverage must contact Kapascope before shipment at admin@kapascope.com with the order number and payment details for any additional insurance cost.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Kapascope is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, damaged packages, missed delivery attempts, refused delivery, incorrect addresses, or other issues caused by the shipping carrier after the package leaves our facility.
If your package arrives damaged, save the original box, packaging materials, shipping label, and all contents. Take clear photos of the outside of the box, label, packaging materials, product, and any visible damage.
Damage, loss, delay, or mishandling during transit must be handled through the carrier's insurance claim process. Carrier claim approval is subject to the carrier's investigation, policies, insurance limits, and final determination.
Incorrect Addresses, Refused Delivery, and Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Kapascope is not responsible for incorrect addresses, forwarding issues, failed delivery attempts, refused delivery, or failure to sign for a package.
If a package is returned to Kapascope because of an incorrect address, refusal, missed delivery, failure to sign, or failure to accept delivery, no refund will be issued. Additional shipping charges may be required before reshipment is approved.
International Shipping
Kapascope currently ships directly within the United States only unless otherwise stated.
Customers using freight forwarders, mail forwarding services, virtual mailboxes, or other third-party forwarding providers assume all risk once delivery is confirmed to the United States address provided at checkout.
Kapascope is not responsible for customs issues, import duties, taxes, forwarding delays, forwarding losses, damage, seizure, additional shipping charges, or delivery problems after the package is delivered to the United States address or forwarding service.
All Sales Final
All sales are final. Shipping delays, carrier delays, package damage, carrier loss, refused delivery, buyer's remorse, market value changes, or grading expectations do not create a right to a return, exchange, cancellation, or refund.
