- Profile image
- Unique account identifier
Kapascope will only access information necessary to facilitate authentication, account creation, account management, and related platform functionality.
2. Account Security and User Responsibility
You acknowledge that the security of your Kapascope account may depend upon the security of your Facebook, Google, or Apple account.
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Protecting access to your authentication provider account
- Promptly notifying Kapascope of suspected unauthorized access
Kapascope shall not be liable for any loss, damages, unauthorized access, account compromise, identity theft, or other consequences resulting from the compromise of a third-party authentication account.
3. Reliance on Third-Party Services
Kapascope relies upon third-party authentication providers to facilitate secure account access.
We do not control and are not responsible for:
- Service interruptions
- Provider outages
- Authentication failures
- Account suspensions
- Account terminations
- Changes to provider policies
- Revocation of authentication permissions
If a third-party provider restricts or terminates authentication services, your ability to access Kapascope may be impacted.
4. Data Synchronization and Profile Updates
When using third-party authentication services, certain profile information may automatically synchronize with your Kapascope account.
This information may include:
- Profile photographs
- Display names
- Email addresses
You may manage permissions and data-sharing preferences directly through your Facebook, Google, or Apple account settings.
5. Disconnecting Third-Party Accounts
You may disconnect a third-party authentication provider at any time through available account settings or by removing Kapascope from the authorized applications section of the respective provider.
Removing authentication permissions may affect your ability to access your Kapascope account unless an alternative login method has been established.
6. SMS and Mobile Messaging Terms
a. Program Description
By opting into Kapascope mobile messaging services, you agree to receive recurring automated or manually sent text messages from Kapascope LLC.
Messages may include:
- Account alerts
- Security notifications
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) codes
- Order confirmations
- Shipping notifications
- Promotional offers
- Marketing communications
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
b. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on account activity, order activity, security events, marketing campaigns, and user preferences. Kapascope reserves the right to increase or decrease message frequency at its sole discretion.
c. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply. Users are responsible for any charges imposed by their wireless carriers. Please contact your carrier for information regarding applicable fees and charges.
d. Supported Carriers
Supported carriers may change without notice. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.
e. Opt-Out and Cancellation
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After receiving your request, Kapascope will send a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed.
Following confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS marketing messages from Kapascope. Certain transactional, security, legal, or account-related communications may still be sent where permitted by law.

For assistance with Kapascope mobile messaging services, reply HELP to any Kapascope text message or email admin@kapascope.com.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kapascope shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:
- Third-party authentication failures
- Unauthorized account access
- Mobile carrier delays
- Message delivery failures
- Service interruptions
- Data synchronization errors
- Provider outages
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with third-party authentication services is to discontinue use of such services.
8. Changes to These Terms
Kapascope reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service for Third-Party Authentication at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of Kapascope following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
