Due to the nature of sports cards, trading cards, memorabilia, sealed wax, graded cards, collectible products, and limited-edition items, all sales made through Kapascope are final.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that Kapascope does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds except where required by applicable law.
No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
All purchases are final once an order is submitted and payment is accepted. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Buyer's remorse
- Market value fluctuations
- Grading outcomes or expectations
- Condition opinions after delivery
- Duplicate purchases
- Investment performance or resale value concerns
No refunds will be issued after an order has been processed or shipped.
Order Processing & Shipping
Most orders ship within one business day after payment verification. Tracking information is automatically emailed once the shipment has been processed by FedEx.
Kapascope primarily ships through FedEx. Additional shipping options may be available during checkout.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders as advertised on our website.
Adult Signature Requirement
Orders may require an adult signature upon delivery. The recipient may be required to present valid government-issued identification before the carrier releases the package.
Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier through tracking records, signature confirmation, GPS verification, or other carrier-provided documentation, the transaction is considered complete and final.
Shipment Documentation & Security
To protect customers and prevent fraud, Kapascope documents outgoing shipments. Documentation may include:
- Video recording of the packing process
- Product photographs before shipment
- Packaging photographs
- Shipping label documentation
- Tamper-evident packaging verification
- Carrier tracking records
Tamper-evident security materials are used on shipments when appropriate. Once tamper-evident packaging has been broken, altered, removed, or damaged, Kapascope cannot verify the chain of custody of the contents.
Insurance & Carrier Claims
Shipments include standard carrier insurance coverage. Customers requesting additional insurance coverage must contact admin@kapascope.com before shipment and provide their order number.
If a package is lost, damaged, delayed, or mishandled while in the carrier's possession, any available compensation is subject to the carrier's insurance claim process and final determination.
Customers should immediately retain all packaging materials, labels, and contents and document any visible damage with photographs.
Incorrect Addresses, Refused Deliveries & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Kapascope is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, forwarding issues, missed delivery attempts, or failure to sign for a package.
Returned packages may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment can occur.
International Customers
Kapascope currently ships only within the United States.
Customers using freight forwarders, mail forwarding services, or third-party shipping providers assume all risk once delivery has been confirmed to the United States destination provided during checkout.
Authenticity Guarantee
Kapascope guarantees that all products sold are authentic and sourced through trusted suppliers, authorized distributors, reputable marketplaces, collectors, or verified channels.
We do not knowingly sell counterfeit products.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to this All Sales Final Policy.
In the event of a payment dispute, chargeback, delivery claim, or fraud investigation, Kapascope may provide order records, shipment documentation, carrier tracking information, signature confirmation, photographs, videos, and related evidence to payment processors, financial institutions, carriers, insurance providers, or law enforcement authorities.
